Urgent Pet Help 🚨

Don't panic—we're here to help.

If your dog or cat is acting unusual, feeling unwell, or you're simply worried, send us a message. We'll do our best to help you understand the situation, suggest possible next steps, and — most importantly — let you know clearly when it's time to seek immediate veterinary care.

Please read this first:

We're not veterinarians, and live chat can't replace a hands-on exam. If your pet is showing any of the signs below, please don't wait for our reply — contact your nearest emergency vet clinic right away:

  • Difficulty breathing or collapse
  • Heavy bleeding or major trauma (hit by a car, deep wound, fall)
  • Seizures
  • A swollen, hard belly, especially with restlessness or unproductive vomiting
  • Straining to urinate with little or no output (especially male cats/dogs)
  • Suspected poisoning — also call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center: (888) 426-4435 (fees may apply) or Pet Poison Helpline: (855) 764-7661, both available 24/7, in addition to your vet
  • Any situation where you believe your pet's life may be in immediate danger

For everything else, we're glad to help you think it through:

🐶 My dog suddenly stopped eating
🐱 My cat is vomiting
🐾 My pet is acting differently than usual
🐕 My pet is limping
🐈 My pet won't drink water
💊 Questions about medications or supplements
❤️ General health and behavior questions

Response time: We aim to reply as soon as possible, but please don't wait on us if your pet is in real danger — a live emergency vet or poison control line will always be faster than a chat reply.

Why We Offer This

We believe every pet deserves a chance at help when something feels wrong — whether you're a Pawmingos customer or just a fellow pet lover passing through. We're happy to offer guidance whenever we can, within the limits of what a chat conversation can safely do. ❤️🐾

Pawmingos does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment, and this service does not replace professional veterinary care.
