We currently accept PayPal only because we want every customer to shop with confidence. PayPal's Buyer Protection means that if something goes wrong with your order, you can request a refund through PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do You Accept Donations?
No, we don't accept direct donations. Our mission is to support animals through the products we sell. Every purchase helps us grow, support our team, and contribute to animal shelters and rescue organizations.
If you'd like to donate, we encourage you to support a local registered shelter directly. If you're not sure where to donate, contact us—we'll gladly recommend trusted animal welfare organizations. 🐾
What should I do if parts are missing from my order?
We always include extra parts with every order to make sure you have everything you need — so missing parts is extremely rare! However, if you do find that something is missing, don't worry. Simply contact us and we will ship the missing parts to you right away at no extra cost.
